• Perform daily administration activities for all host servers including analyzing, installing, modifying Operating Systems,
storage, applications, backups, account administration and secure connectivity.
• Planning (implementation and ongoing usage/forecasting/trending), design, setup and troubleshooting of such items as
Operating Systems, systems management software, security software, backup software, productivity applications.
• Determines new technology’s needs, including researching, evaluation and cost analysis.
• Utilize trouble ticket system to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Interface with sales team to resolve pending issues.
• Maintaining knowledge of diverse infrastructure architecture, security policies and standards and consistently applying
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, or performance problems (Cloud system).
• Have a strong understanding of current technology
• Automate tasks with complexity or multiple hand offs
NOTE：Technical Support staffs need to on duty at Seatel Cloud Data Center.
-Bachelor Degree in IT or related fields.
-Have experience in this industry
